Dr. Anna Hopkins earned her Bachelor of Science degrees in both speech and hearing sciences and psychology from Indiana University and her Doctor of Audiology degree from Purdue University. She completed a fourth-year externship at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center in Aurora, Colorado.
Inspired by her mother’s sudden hearing loss in one ear and the ensuing eye-opening physical, social, and emotional impacts, Dr. Hopkins felt a calling to audiology. “I aim to help people who, like my mom, live with hearing loss and tinnitus,” says Dr. Hopkins, whose musician background also fuels her interest in protecting hearing.
Outside the office, the Indiana native treasures quality time with her friends, family, and beloved cat. She also enjoys reading, hiking, and making uplifting music as a flute player in a Denver community band.
