Stephanie Major earned her Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Fullerton. With extensive experience in customer service, she has experience in recruiting, training, and fostering strong client relationships. Her career has mainly been spent in large corporations like Aflac and Southwest Airlines, but she went in search of a small business and a more personal setting, and we’re all thrilled she came upon Family Hearing.

Stephanie is proud to work in a female-owned business with a dynamic team that shares her commitment to thoughtful, patient-focused care. She enjoys connecting with patients of all ages, and her personal goal is to help every patient feel heard and valued.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband, three grown children, and nearly seven grandchildren. She loves the outdoors, whether in the mountains of Colorado or on the beach in California. An avid traveler and food lover, she also enjoys boxing-inspired workouts, reading, and working on crossword puzzles.
