With nearly a decade of experience working in customer service, Tyana quickly became an asset at Family Hearing. She earned her bachelor’s degree in speech, language, and hearing sciences at Metropolitan State University and is a current member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. Tyana knew she wanted to work in hearing healthcare after shadowing an audiologist and seeing firsthand the incredible impact hearing devices have on patients’ lives. Because of that, Tyana has already made it her goal to further her education and training to become a provider herself one day. It’s no wonder she won an Outstanding First Impression Award from Audigy.

When she’s not helping her team or Family Hearing guests, Tyana can be found traveling, backpacking, and hiking with her husband and dog. So far, her favorite destination is Tongariro National Park in New Zealand. Her love for adventure doesn’t stop there — she’s also an avid reader who enjoys getting lost in new worlds.
